The Hineni Story.....and there are thousands more!
Rebbetzin,
I just wanted to share with you some nachas and pictures of my son Avrohom`s upsherin, and of my daughter Chaya Leah (she turns one tomorrow).
Next Thursday, I`m scheduled to give my very first class ever (which is why I am up so late now preparing), on parshas Vayetzei to twenty students at Hebrew University. Also, next Thursday will mark the 17th anniversary of my very first attended Parsha shiur ever - parshas Vayetzei, Thursday night November 18th 1993, at Hineni.
Thank you again Rebbetzin! It`s been eleven years since I last attended classes at Hineni; but the Torah that I`ve learned from you, The Rabbi, zt"l, Rabbi Oshie, and Rabbi Yisroel, are with me always as a constant source of warmth and inspiration in my life. And tefillos for your continued health and success in all your endeavors are a constant part of my davening.
Warmest Regards and Good Shabbos, Reuven Rosenthal

I had the zchuss - merit, to be at our Hineni Fortieth Anniversary Dinner, to greet the overflow crowd, and in turn, to impart my heartfelt love to them. True, I am walking with a cane, sometimes a walker, but I am walking, speaking, teaching and writing, and for as long as Hashem will allow me, I shall continue to try to serve Him.
